Liberty Worship and Outreach Center in Manchester, KY with Pastors Rusty and Debbie Roberts is the birthplace of WAR REVIVAL and the church home of Billy and Dana Arnett.
Lifelong friends, Billy, Rusty, and Debbie were all in Mrs. Rice’s 1st Grade class together at Manchester Grade School. It took Debbie’s mother, June Finley, years to pray Dana in for Billy and when she showed up, “June Momma,” as everyone called her, told Dana, “We’ve been praying for you for Billy Ray for 30 years… we just didn’t know you would be so pretty.”
In the meantime, Rusty and Debbie were traveling around the world with Benny Hinn, praying for the sick during the crusades. They ministered alongside Pastor Benny, Steve Brock, Karen Wheaton, and many other great men and women of God.
Now, back at home in Manchester, KY, their own ministry of healing is a mantle that came from traveling for fifteen years to over 40 countries, seeing amazing miracles, night after night, as the Holy Spirit moved.
Every service is unique at Liberty and you can expect anything from 70’s Rock and Roll that just got saved, to Hymns out of the red back hymnal. The one thing you can count on is the anointing and the presence of God to create an atmosphere where miracles take place.
