And king Rehoboam made in their stead brasen shields, and committed them unto the hands of the chief of the guard, which kept the door of the king’s house.

      The golden shields had been taken by Egypt because the house of Judah did evil and provoked God. They also allowed sodomites in the land.

Yet, they frequented the House of The Lord.

But the shields were brass, not gold. Counterfeit.

This ain’t no game we’re playing. I feel this thing inside of me, and it’s Holy.
