2 Thessalonians 2:7

For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

      It is a mystery, the hidden purpose of God for lawlessness, and the unrighteous can’t see it. They are blind to God’s plan.

The church and civil authorities hold back lawlessness now, and the onslaught from the unknowing hordes of the wicked is mounting. But they are blind, do not fear.

This is the bond between the righteous of God and civil authorities, their stand for law and order, only the righteous see the Kingdom.

The Kingdom is at hand.
