Micah 5:15

And I will execute vengeance in anger and fury upon the heathen, such as they have not heard.

There is a time just ahead of us Ezekiel describes as the “Time of the Heathen.” The unrighteous will think to get their just reward and so shall it be. With fury and anger, not rage and ridicule, but with righteous judgment, The Lord will utterly destroy the wicked.

Micah 6:8

He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?

He is just, merciful, and freely He forgives.
