Mark 13:36-37

Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.

And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.

This was the bottom line, the final word of Jesus to his disciples, foretelling the events of the last days.

He foretold of the ‘beginning of sorrows,’ which we have witnessed today, wars and rumors of wars, earthquakes, famines, and trouble.

Secondly, he tells them about the true worshippers and followers of Christ being beat up by the church, witnessed today by the church burying their wounded.

Thirdly, he tells them how the gospel must be published to all nations, which we are seeing today as well.

And finally, he tells them of the persecution of the church before the days of the tribulation. Ezekiel calls it the ‘time of the heathen,’ when the Day of The Lord is near. As Christians, we will be hated by all men.

We are now at three, going rapidly to four… final word of Jesus…
